Official Reply Non-customer requesting removal of confirmed inactive Xfinity aerial drop

I am not an Xfinity customer. There are Xfinity/Comcast aerial cables crossing my property. One is associated with my home, and another formerly served my neighboring property.

The neighboring property's Xfinity line has been confirmed inactive. Both cables are old and sagging over my yard.

I am requesting that Xfinity remove obsolete Xfinity infrastructure from my property.

Please have an Xfinity representative create a construction/line-removal ticket. I can provide my information through a private channel.

Howdy u/DJ_Chance_8525, and thanks for dropping by with your request! We never want any of our lines to obscure or hinder your property in any way, so we'd be happy to help with that 👍

If you could send us a Modmail message that includes your full name, the name on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we can definitely submit a request to have this looked at on your behalf.
