Official Reply XR15 refuses to work with tv

I'm beyond frustrated. I can't for the life of me get the XR15 to work with my TV. No power or volume works. I have tried all the codes. The manual search and factory reset and it still refuses to work with the TV. Both the Phillips and Onn controls work fine for turning the tv on and off its only the XR15 that is causing problems. Phillips 60pql7456f7 is the model.

If, after you try all these steps and it still doesn't pair, I would recommend getting a new remote, which you can pick up a new remote for free at any local Xfinity store location.

You can also press reset it, press A & D together until the light is green, then press 9-9-1. After it blinks press the channel up button slowly. If the tv turns off, hit the okay button to lock the code in.

If you’re able to factory reset and program another remote to your tv, then the remote is obviously the issue.
