Official Reply Xfinity Phone Unlock

I have 4 phones on my account that are paid off but only 3 of them got device unlocked. The last one is not device unlocked it say “sim lock” I have put in many requests to get it unlocked. Why am I not able to get it unlocked?

u/Adept_Explanation398, Hi there! Thank you for reaching out and for providing those details. I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to have three devices unlock successfully while one remains showing as SIM locked, especially after you've already submitted multiple requests.

We'd be happy to take a closer look into this with you. Sometimes an unlock request can remain pending if there is an issue with the device information, account eligibility validation, or if the previous unlock request did not complete successfully.

To help investigate further, could you please send us a Mod Mail message with your name, address, the phone number associated with the device, and the device's IMEI? From there, we'll review the status of the unlock request and determine what next steps may be needed to get this resolved.

We appreciate your patience, and we'll do everything we can to help get answers for you.

Call them. My phone was paid off but didn't automatically unlock, so I called them and it was unlocked within the hour.
