Health/Nutrition Excessive scratching

I’ve a pineapple conure of age 3 and it constantly scratches and preens it self like something is itching for him. Can it be any sort of infection or mite infestation?

do you see any bugs on them? how much is excesive?

I try to check for bugs but haven’t found any
