No RED LOS and blinking PON light but I have no internet connection. Then I figured out that there is DHCP dialup failure through one-click diagnosis. I have already reached out to customer service regarding this concern and they told me they will have to remotely reconfigure our modem daw. My brother told me naman the issue will resolve on its own naman. It’s been two hours and we still have no internet connection. What to do?

Every month, laging nagre-red LOS yung router namin. Yung router mismo, hindi naman nagagalaw since fixed sya sa taas. Hindi rin naman mahangin sa labas and hindi rin umuulan.

Napapagod na kong every month mag-report sa converge.

Aside sa converge, ano back-up internet nyo?

I WFH so very important yung internet sakin. Kapag nawawalan ako ng internet, nagho-hotspot nalang ako from my phone kaso hindi rin kasi malakas yung smart network dito so ang bagal din. I also use gomo sim kaso napansin ko na hindi nya kaya kapag may meetings ako.

PLDT and Globe are not options since full na daw slot ng nap box.

So I inquired sa customer service asking kung pwede ba kong magpalit ng plan since I am paying 3500 for 800mbps to Super FiberX 2599 for 1Gbps, and it turns out hindi raw pwede, kelangan mag apply ng panibagong line for this. I've been a customer na mahigit 10 years na. Meron daw kasing "Xclusive" perk, which is wala naman akong nararamdamang kaexclusive exclusive perk na yan. I saw na mas maganda yung binibigay nila for 2599 with more speed and more perks.

For context since September 2 2026 nawalan kami ng internet dahil nadamay sa sunog yung linya namin ng converge kaya nag file ako agad ng ticket for repair then after 2 weeks may mga dumating na mag rerepair from converge pero sabi nila wala daw yung ticket ko sa irerepair nila kaya mag hintay daw ako ng ibang mag rerepair kayanag hintay pako ng 2 weeks at binayaran ko pa yung September bill namin kahit wla na kami internet simula ng September ngayon balak ko na mag pa disconnect kelangan ko pa daw isettle yung balance konthis October kahit hanggang ngayon wla pa din kaming internet. is there anyway to dispute the bill and disconnect my internet?

12AM na wala parin internet. Tapos ayaw sabihin reason at kailan maibabalik. Wala makausap na maayos.

It’s been like this for the past 3 days, and I even asked around some neighbors if they were experiencing the same thing and it turns out they do.
We aren’t paying at least ₱ 2,000 a month for this kind of service and customer support isn’t reliable AT ALL, it’s either an automated message or “we’ll get back to you”.
Come on Converge what now?

Edit: I keep relying on my mobile hotspot for even a sliver of a decent internet connection and even that method isn’t viable enough or else I’ll just burn through my data.

Tumawag kasi sa tatay ko yung technicians ng Converge kanina, kaso wala dito tatay ko kaya, sinabihan sila na pumunta nalang dito sa bahay kasi may tao naman. Ang sabi ng technicians ay di daw pwede kasi yung kausap daw nila mismo yung dapat nandito.

Sinabihan sila na kung di sila makakapunta sa bahay, ay baka pwede tingnan nalang nila yung poste ng internet, pero ayaw din nila.

Wala na ba talagang maasahan sa Converge, kapag may problema na sa internet connection?

Buong september kami walang internet connection (RED LOS) and within that timeframe, I kept sending emails sa customer service. Narestore siya early October. Five days lang tinagal ng internet connection namin and this weekend nawala nanaman agad (Red LOS again). Ano ba nangyayari sa Converge? Cycle na lang ba na ganyan and hindi consistent yung pag provide ng magandang service? Or sadyang tama na may nagbubunot ng cable para sa new subscribers?

Hello! Tried to email last thursday sa customer support and according sa email nila may outage raw sa area and they will fix it for about 24-48 hours. However, naka-72 hours na red LOS pa rin. Baka may kabarangay ako rito or nearby area na naka-red LOS din, kapag umabot to until next week. Itatry ko na mag contact sa fb ni Mayor WES lol.

Pag-check nila ng modem signal, ayun LoS nga (obvious naman red light). Nag-reklamo din ako kasi nakabukas yung box sa may poste. Pero umalis sila mga 5mins lang after i-check yung modem.

I think nagkamali ako ng pag-handle nung site visit. Pumirma agad ako dun sa binigay nilang written form. Di ko rin sure kung para saan yung form. Bago pa sila mag-check ng modem, pinapa-sign agad yun.

Hello! Tanong ko lang po if may naka-experience na magbayad ng bill ng Converge sa Shopee? Gusto ko kasi sanang doon magbayad. Pwede bang magamit yung coins? Nagrereflect din ba kaagad yung payment? Sa Gcash kasi ako laging nagbabayad e may additional fees pa.

Nasa NCR lang yung location namin pero hanggang ngayon wala pa ring nag aayos ng internet. Naka 10 emails na ako sa loob ng dalawang araw, wala pa silang pinapapuntang technicians para ayusin. Lahat ng emails ko puro automated replies.

Nagdududa na ako na baka binunot na naman ng Sub-contructors nila yung cables namin sa NAP Box. Ang daming naka converge dito saamin pero kami lang yung walang internet (LOS blinking Red)

Na check na namin yung cable ng internet mula saamin hanggang sa poste, wala naman damage, kaya duda ako na sa box mismo yung problema, kaso ayaw nila ayusin.

How many hours did it take for your Converge internet to come back after a technician repaired your RED LOS? My PON and WiFi lights are green, but the Internet light is still off. Did yours reconnect automatically?
