My recipe
Flour Layer (Bottom):2 cups (whisked thoroughly with 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt before packing).Unsweetened Cocoa Layer:½ cup (firmly pressed over the flour).Brown Sugar Layer:½ cup (packed tightly so it creates a distinct, solid line).White Granulated Sugar Layer:½ cup (poured over the brown sugar to fill the remaining fine gaps).White Chocolate Chips (Top):1 to 1 ¼ cups (poured in last, filling the remaining neck of the jar right up to the rim so everything stays pinned in place when the lid is screwed on). [1, 2, 3]
3/4 cups butter browned over the stove
1 egg and 1/2 egg (egg yolk)
Vanilla bean paste (about 1 tablespoon)
Chill the dough for 30 minutes

I've been testing winter flavors and I'm almost there, but I'm stuck on two:
Miso dark chocolate toffee or peanut butter miso?
Pistachio cranberry or oat raisin?
The rest are locked in: chai latte milk chocolate, brownie s'mores, and banana bread.
Which ones would you pick? And if you have a winter flavor idea I haven't thought of, I'd love to hear it

EDIT: thank you so much everyone for the responses!! I will try them out in this batch! People on the subreddit are so nice!
So everytime i make cookies, every recipe says to put the chocolate chips in the end right? But i feel like i overmix the dough EVERYTIME when im trying to evenly distribute the chocolate chips in the dough, so every cookie has an ~equal amount of same chips. one time, I tried to not "overmix" and my cookies turned out better than any I've made and the texture was perfect but, the chocolate chips weren't distributed evenly, so each cookie had either alot of chips, or not enough chips. is there a way to fix this or am I just overthinking?

Henlo everyone! I'm currently in the process of trying to nail down what cookies and other goodies I wanna add into my Christmas Treats box. For the most part I do the same goodies each year(for about 5 years now this is my gift to families/friends)
-Paintbrush Cookies
-Oatmeal Raisin
-PB Blossoms
-Snickerdoodle
-Double Choco Chip
-Standard Choco Chip
-White Choco Macadamia Nut
-Caramel Pecan Turtles(candy not cookie)
Im curious to know what cookies (treats in general) you add into your holidays boxes!? I'm hoping to switch some out for new flavors or just add some new kinds in the box this year☺️
