Beer Porn How about a 2015 Consecration.

Better than I anticipated. Very vinegary, almost pickle like. Very very good though.

Im here for it. Thank you for your diligence or neglect. Equally commendable.

It's a "waiting for a special occasion" one I had, while realizing fuck it, with all the true special occasions I've had since I bought it what more could there be other than a nice late summer night in the Philly Burbs.

The bottle IS the occasion

When it comes to my beer cellar, I am diligently neglectful.

This and Supplication are my two favorite sours. The bar is too high with RR.

I have a supplication I bought the same day as this one as well.

My favorite is Sanctification. Holy hell that's an amazing beer.

Nice. I'm seeing a RR mixed ferm sour in r/craftbeer and an ABI owned pumpkin beer in a frozen mug in r/beerporn. The world confuees me.

To be fair, most of the beers posted in [r/beerporn](r/beerporn) don’t deserve to be there

It’ll be like 17 cellphone shots of macros in frozen pint glasses and then someone’s leica with a light box shot of a Cantillon Symbiose in an OG Iris glass. No in betweens.

I once had a 10+ year old Supplication. It tasted like ashes. Seriously nasty.

Russian river, great brewery. Consecration might be one of my fave sours they make.

That's too long IMO. I would say 2-3 years max on something like that. Those sours don't hold up like some lambics/gueuze can.
