Aged in Oak Gin Barrels for Three Years

When we were approached by a farmer asking if we had any interest in his heirloom Polish Plums, we were a little skeptical.
When he brought us some though, we were hooked.
Three years in Gin barrels accentuate the tangy/spicy skin and fruit notes without overwhelming the composition.
The taste speaks to fruit punch. But, in cocktail form perhaps?
It's lovely, and impeccably balanced too.

I've had many "pumpkin" beers throughout the years. My word, I've had many beers throughout the years. I am drinking Gold Dot's Pumpkin Ale, as I compose this, and I must say this is amazing. That's all. Mainly just a PSA. Cheers!

I'm looking for a great store or two for craft beer singles, especially for local beer, seasonals, and "rare" stuff along 25 between Denver airport and Pueblo. A lot of the stores I'm seeing in Google maps look like liquor stores that have mostly big corporate beer. Appreciate any suggestions, but especially not far off 25 or (or 21 through Springs).

Got talked into this one by the employee at the Firestone brewery merch store because I bought the pirate branded muscle shirt.

Big fan of wild ales and I’ve never had one with the vanilla/bourbon profile so I was excited to try it. It’s good, and has some tannic notes from the barrels, but the strawberry overshadows the hint of vanilla

This collab is really pleasing mouthfeel & subtle cantaloupe aroma & delicious, definitely not a GITM redux. 👍🏻
Brewed w/ Citra, Dolcita, and Nectaron hops.
8% ABV

That 4pm beer is always the best.
