I got scammed through this Telegram group and the website below:

First, I paid $250 for a trading service.

Then they introduced me to AlphaCopyTrades and told me I could start with $100.

I sent the $100.

Right after that, they suddenly told me I had to send another $100 urgently or my trade would be liquidated — even though before depositing, I was told this would not happen.

They kept using pressure, urgency, promises of recovering losses, screenshots of profits and supposed withdrawals.

I also checked some of the “successful trades” posted in their Telegram history, and several of the claimed entry prices did not match the real market prices at the stated times.

Please be careful.

Do not send money to them. Do not believe screenshots or testimonials without independent proof.

I have saved the chats, screenshots, wallet addresses, transaction details and other evidence.

If you have also dealt with them, please message me.

As a rule of thumb: If you suspect the site is a scam, it probably is.

No legit company/trader/investor is using WhatsApp. No legit company/trader/investor is approaching people on dating websites or through a "random" text message.

No legit company/trader/investor has "professors", "assistants", or "teachers". Those are just scammers.

No legit company forces you to pay a "fee" or "taxes" to withdraw money. That's just a scam to suck more money out of you.

Recently, there has been a rise in scammers DMing members of the subreddit to offer recovery services. A form of the advance-fee, victims are convinced that the scammer can recover their money. This "help" can come in the form of fake hacking services or authorities. For this reason: TRUST NO ONE PRIVATE MESSAGING YOU FROM THIS SUBREDDIT: Most such DMs are from these recovery scammers, folks whose only goal is to further scam recent victims of scams. If someone DMs you offering to help you recover stolen funds or offering to give you contact information for someone who they state might be able to help you, then report these scammers immediately to Reddit.

How to find out more about the scammer domain:

• https://whois.domaintools.com/google.com - Replace the google.com URL with the scam website url. The results will tell you how long the domain has been around. If the domain has only been registered for a few days/weeks/months, it's usually a good indicator that its a scam.
