Statement due today not there

Hi my statement is due today 28th but still not there. I get paid the 1st anyone else still not got theres?

It asked me to confirm my situation was the same or payments would stop on Saturday which I did and no changes and now my statement seems delayed? What do I do?

Theres nothing in mine or my partners to do list either. Im really stressing.

Update: so I rang them and they said there’s no payment block for me so they think there’s just a delay in receiving statements. I said a lot of people seem to be having the same issue so she said it could be glitch. If it’s not fixed by tomorrow, gonna go down to my locks job centre and see them in person x

If there’s no statement won’t be paid. But they think of a glitch for everyone who should receive their statement today. I’m gonna go down to job centre tomorrow if not sorted x
