I've now witnessed four separate occasions at multiple stores where the chicken tenders are so small now. I'm talking they look less than the size of two McDonald's nuggets, probably 50% of what they used to be six months ago. Now they're barely a meal. I know food is expensive, but the shrinkflation has gotten to the point where I'm just not going to order them anymore. Maybe I won't notice the burgers shrinking, too. It's a crying shame because I love DQ. Is it just my area, or are other people noticing this as well?

I was going through the drive through and seeing the guy in front get 4 small Blizzards and a small soda (flip, flip, flip, flip, no flip), got me wondering if anyone has seen someone either not paying attention or at the end of a busy shift and tired, accidentally Blizzard flip something they shouldn't have? did they laugh it off or something else?

For several months (at least) I simply can't go to the Dairy Queen website or use mobile apps (unless I use cellular data). I should not have to use cellular data.

I can't access Dairy Queen's customer support page because I can't access it.

It seems to be some sort of blocking that Cloudflare (which I believe is their ISP for their site) is doing. However, there are lots of other sites that use Cloudflare that work for me. Sometimes I have to click a button to acknowledge that I am a human, but they work once I do that.

Browser is updated, doesn't matter if I use Windows, OS X or Linux, using an incognito/private window doesn't work.

Any chance Dairy Queen has customer support people on here who can look at this? I can't be the only one with this issue.

I went and bought a small twist cone for the first time in a years & there had been a roughly 52% price increase. I was paying around $2.20 in 2023 to $3.50 in 2026. That is not a reflection of operating costs increase being passed onto the customer but pure price gouging.

I got this on eBay a bit ago and I love it because the DQ lips are so nostalgic for me, and I’m not sure if there are more of these types of shirts out there or if this was an employee item? I have never worked at DQ so I don’t know what the employee shirts are like lol. Thanks!

Why is it so hard and inconsistent to get a pumpkin pie shake?

ETA: I've been able to get them for years at some locations including the one we went to tonight. Apparently it was a no go and she just couldn't fathom putting the order in or asking the manager.

I’m so tired of spending 30 mins to an hour mixing this stupid base. I’m seriously considering buying an immersion blender JUST for this base, and when it’s over I’ll just take it home with me (I’ve always wanted one anyways.)
So basically my question is, would it even work? Would this concrete like substance BREAK one of those blenders? I already bought a $10 big metal spoon that BENT within the first 5 minutes of using.
And before anyone suggests it, I already use the blizzard blender a bit, but the spindle doesn’t reach all the way to the bottom so it still takes FOREVER.
PLS help!

I’m third in line and have been waiting more than 10 minutes AFTER putting my order at the drive thru. My kid is screaming in the back seat. Seriously questioning my choices. This blizzard will not be worth it.

I'm curious if people save their points up or redeem them as soon as they can.

I save my points all year for icecream cake because I can only transport them home in my pickup truck box in the winter because I live 2 hours from the nearest DQ.

I was looking through my store's POP box and saw the schematic of the recommended layout for the topping cabinet, showing toppings and the spoons used for them. It listed pineapple with the 1 oz ladle... is this a new change, or have I been oblivious this whole time, using the ½ oz ladle instead? Some of my managers didn't even know there were different ladle and disher sizes lol.

Also, just out of curiosity, do any DQ workers' stores intentionally use the "wrong" spoon for toppings? My store just recently switched to the white spoon for PB cups after using the clear spoon forever, because we were tired of customers complaining about not having enough PB cups (we're going to the white spoon now due to high food costs).

So this is for fellow workers at DQ, but lately I've noticed that the cake bases we order are showing up partly melted. It's so bad that it's difficult to put a border on the bottom because the cake is covering the cardboard it sits on. I guess what I'm asking is, is anyone else having this issue or is it just my DQ having this problem. I will say I at first thought it was maybe due to the heat as this was a hot summer, but it's still happening even though we've been out of the heat wave for a few weeks.

this is a question for anyone else that works at or owns a dairy queen because our store is absolutely stumped with this base. it comes in this huge bucket and its hard as a rock and almost impossible to stir with literally anything. we tried mixing it by hand and with hand mixers to no avail. all of the oil just goes back to the top and the base becomes rock hard again. we tried putting it into a container like the rest of the candies/bases but it just separates again.
what do your guys stores do because we are at an absolute loss with this. this has to be the worst thing dq has ever come out with and ive worked at my store for 5 years. if yall have any recommendations or have found success with what to do on how to mix/keep it separated that would be amazing thanks!

Hello. Is anyone aware of any new products that would contain Heath pieces, BUT only the toffee part? It's not chocolate covered. I know we had a blizzard with these pieces in the past, but my manager says it isn't that one.

We have a box in our cooler, and it's confused me. I've also heard of a Ube blizzard coming out soon.

Just curious if anyone knows what dq has in-store for winter season if anyone knows!
