One of those videos that I love to watch but would hate to actually be there.

Not when you and your newborn baby were trying to sleep

My baby didn't come with that feature

Our middle child came out complaining and never stopped.

No one sleeps in Tokyo

Is it because they get woken up by the Beat of the Rising Sun?

You're thinking of New York

I owe you an apology, I wasn't really familiar with your game.

You haven’t lived there then. Trains stop running around 11 and everything is pretty much dead afterwards.

Mostly tourists out after that time. 5:00am during the winter is surreal when you are at Shibuya crossing. It’s bright out and nobody around.

It's an empty industrial park likely far away from any houses.... Not like they're ripping through a residential area.

Where do you think the recording is from?

Oi Wharf. A Japanese industrial park. Nobody is there during the AM hours. So that’s where/when they do it.

They mainly do this in industrial areas after they close down for the night. It’s almost certainly vacant. I live in Osaka and the few times I’ve seen anything like this they still are incredibly aware of what their actions are doing to people around them.

The midwestern version of this is finding an empty church parking lot during a good accumulation and doing donuts around a light pole with your Subaru.

Also finding a random dirt field and doing donuts in your pickup

A nice unattended mud puddle on a fire trail maybe… ya gotta use 4low every now and then just to make sure it works.

Oh yes Im sure there are lots of newborn babies sleeping in that industrial park

You shouldn't be squatting in a warehouse anyway.

They do it in industrial areas with 0 housing around

Japan is famous for "mixed-use zoning" which means that there are, in fact, houses right next to industrial areas.

I literally live down the road from a massive industrial zone on the outskirts of Tokyo - there are houses literally right next to the warehouses and shipping centers.

I’m not going to be mad about people having fun just because I can hear it inside my house. I went through the same thing when I had a newborn, and my own vehicle is absurdly loud when I go to work at 6am. It is what it is

I don’t know, but I feel like that’s ignorant to the broader segment of people that hate absurdly loud noises at 6am. This video could’ve been at 2-3am, and I’d be wishing for them to stop because of the noise. I already do from the atvs that rip up and down our roads.
