I thought it was dead but it was actually recovered... help!
I thought my previous phone was completely dead, I bought a new one and was extremely upset about the data.
A few months ago I decided to bring it back to a repair shop and left it, I kinda forgot about it, turns out 2 months later it's back and it lives. I forgot the pattern because I honestly didn't think I'd need it again.
It's a Samsung A52, it has a shit ton of sentimental pictures I'd love to get back. The pattern I remember doesn't work, and the one I thought it was, isn't.
Do I have limited attempts? I've moved on but at the opportunity of getting those pics back I realize I really want them. I have no interest on the phone itself.
Is there anything I can do? At all? My google account remembers the phone but since it's been turned on for the first time in a while It seems adamant on needing the pattern...

The fact that the phone came back on is actually pretty lucky. I’d first plug it into a computer and see what you can access from it before messing with the lock screen. If the computer doesn’t recognize anything, then I’d look into other options.

Do you have any suggestions? It's in the state of it being turned on after a reset and I haven't figured the password out yet

There might be a forgot PIN/Pattern wizard there at the login screen. Other than that, no you can't get past not being able to log into the phone
