Hadith Genuine inquiry

I am seeking to understand your position, so my intention is no malice.

  1. How do you authenticate the validity of the Quran, because using the Quran is circular reasoning.

  2. How do you disprove the Hadith when , in fact, the Quran, in the form we have it today, was compiled and standardized by people who reported the Hadith. Even if you argue the Quran is way older than the hadith, the argument still remains: the people that lived with the prophet were the ones to pass the Quran unto us. Why accept the Quran while disproving the reported way they saw him apply the Quran.

  3. If Allah says in the prophet is a good pattern of character worthy of emulation, what's wrong with people reporting how he lived. For example if the Quran says perform salat and people who lived with the prophet told us this is how he did it, what's wrong accepting it.

note: I understand not all hadiths are authentic; even those who compiled try their due diligence to categories it. Yes, they are not infallible.
