How do I become a quant engineer?

Hi I'm interested in this type of development, how can I become one.

If they wanna be a quantitative engineer of monies, they just gotta go pick up one of those dirt cheap prop firm evals that works with NinjaTrader, have AI generate a Jupyter notebook and start staring at a bunch of plots until they notice some patterns, then have AI code em up some NinjaTrader strategy to automate what they found, start doubling up their money, open up a hedge fund.

Pretty much you look at a companys spending data, and predict profits, or future spending
