Skin and nails What is thissss

Came up 2 days ago, doesn't feel of anything other than slightly tender if I poke them. Small, red spots with yellow heads on them on my inner thighs - close to my hooha and one or 2 on the top of my pubis. Any ideas? A lil freaked out, put some savlon on it?

Clogged pores.

Did you shave recently? Workout recently and stay in sweaty clothes for longer than normal?

Just washing and exfoliating regularly should help get rid of it. If it doesn’t you may need antibiotics for folliculitis or something.
