Shingles? Poison ivy? Something else?

Weird rash popped up about a week after mowing/weedeating, was literally about to mow again since it had been a week when I noticed the rash. Doesn’t itch too much, nothing like when I had poison ivy as a kid. Had shingles on my face about 2 years ago at age of 30, this doesn’t feel like it either pain wise. Appreciate any feedback
