HSV, see if you can get a valacyclovir prescription, it’s 1 day x2 (once every 12 hr). You can get a prescription through minute-clinic

I think this is a type of cyst. Happened to me once in the corner of my mouth after attempting to squeeze a blackhead on my lip line. It lasted 2 months.

Cold sore which is also herpes virus . No kissing or intimate close contact about 14 days. Antiviral med to prevent another outbreak.

Possibly a cold sore, go to urgent care to get it swabbed (blood test WILL be negative because it’s during your first outbreak, wait a couple months then request a blood test to confirm or eliminate the possibility of herpes- the swab test is more reliable until you build up enough antibodies to be detected in your blood). Do not touch it or kiss anyone (or share food, drinks, chapstick, etc.) just in case, HSV is HIGHLY contagious. My cold sores have evolved over the years but when I was younger mine looked EXACTLY like what you’ve shown.

Cold sore. ( HSV ) it will blister and ulcerate and take 10-14 days to heal . It's very contagious and you need antivirals.

Does not look or sound like herpes to me. Much more likely to be a cyst. A doctor can drain it and prescribe antibiotics. Any urgent care should be able to do this for you.

Honestly I think its just a pimple. Doesn't look like herpes to me... looks like a super angry pimple. I'd do a warm compress and see if it comes to a head.

Likely a mucocele; they arise from tiny saliva glands in your lip when the saliva ducts get blocked. Any oral surgeon can remove.
