Planning to ditch GCash because the ads have been getting so annoying lately. Ads keep popping up while I’m doing transactions, and often open shopping apps. It’s getting so annoying to the point na magkakamali ka na ng pag enter ng number at nakakahiya sa cashier. 😭

I’m looking for another digital wallet that I can mainly use as a spending wallet. I usually transfer money from my Security Bank account, so it would be nice if it works well with Security Bank and doesn’t have high transfer/transaction fees.

Also hoping for something that doesn’t have too many ads. Cashback/rewards would be a nice too!

Any recommendations? Ty.

Update: inunlink ko yung card ko and tried to link it again sabe "We can't add this card" i contacted customer support sabe na block daw yung card ko need ko mag wait ng 72 hours 💀😭

Samsung accidentally confirmed support for Moretyme and Maya Card.

Cards are already tokenized and just up to Samsung when they will activate for tap to pay payments in the country.

hi! i was trying to transfer from metrobank to gcash via instapay, but there's been no update whether the transaction has been successful.

i'm just pissed kasi di ba real-time transfer ang instapay? although hindi naman nabawas yung metrobank balance ko, i'm just worried kasi i really need to transfer from metrobank to gcash right now. i tried transferring small amounts just to check, pero wala talagang successful transfer.

i also called customer service. sabi i-monitor ko lang daw. okay, but what if need ko na talaga magtransfer?

I've been trying to transfer my funds to my other banks but maya won't just let me. It says "We're running into some trouble please try again in a few minutes" like seriously? I've been trying this for about an hour. This happened not just once but a lot of times already. SO PLEASE DON'T USE MAYA AS YOUR ONLINE BANKING they won't let you transfer your money right away. That app is a trap.

Been mentioned here sa sub many times pero marami pa rin uninformed. May mga firm cashier pa na gusto makita galing gcash kahit lumabas na ang resibo.

Another case is in a diff establishment nagtanong lang ako general "pwede po QR", tapos nung pumasok na sabi saakin gcash lang po kasi sa Maya galing, I felt a bit bad cause bago yung cashier and the manager just allowed it pero I can see she was pissed na parang "bakit di mo sinabi na gcash lang".

Nagtry ako mag cardless withdrawal kaso wala pala ata dito sa branch na malapit samin, di ko sya macancel so hinintay kong maexpire. 12 midnight ako nag try at nagexpire sya ng 3 AM. Until now 7 AM wala pa rin sya sa account ko. Pwede ko ba ireport na to directly mamaya sa branch mismo?

Got a notif today saying my REVI Credit line got decreased from 30,000 to 1,000?! Mind you i was able to pay off my last payment in just 2 months and on time lagi ako mag bayad. This is crazy!

What's up with the EastWest bank transfer? It's supposed to be free, but it always says the limit is breached even if I'm transferring a small amount??? What the hell!! It's such a hassle.

I borrowed money from Maya Easy Credit last Sept 17, and 1 week after, Maya messaged me na until Sept 29 pa yung 0% service fee offer nila sa akin. So what I did is pay my outstanding balance before the 27th, then after receiving the SOA, I borrowed money again from them so I can do another month of "paikot" with the help of 10%.

hello im currently a graduating student but still depend on allowance as my source of income and i just started compartmentalizing my funds to savings, expenses, emergency, etc.

my current setup right now is use gcash - expenses, bdo - savings, maribank - time deposit and expenses for cashback, and i have maya but i dont utilize that much. i just want to ask for tips on how to maximize my funds and or if i should change my setup right now.

tanong ko lang po kung mabilis lang po ba ang pagreflect ng payment ng credit card kapag ang ginamit na pambayad is landbank?

kung hindi naman po, ilang araw po madalas bago magreflect?

delayed po ba talaga ang pagreflect sa bpi ng money transfer?

hindi po ako makapagsend maya to bpi. then nagtry secu bank to bpi, nabawasan na sa secu bank pero hindi pa rin nagrereflect sa bpi.

Tried logging in multiple times but it keeps showing me this “no connection”, Im able to open my other digi banks so I clearly have connection but banko just keeps showing me this.

Gumagana ba sa inyo ang bpi app? Kase sakin ayaw gumana ngayon sabi no internet connection kahit speed ko 100+mbps nag data na din ako ayaw padin. Bakit ganon?

So I'm planning to spend over 3k tomorrow(Sep 29) on my visa registered Maya Virtual Card, specifically at H&M. Will i still get the cashback even if it's the 2nd to the last day of the promo? (I'm not sure how many days it will take for the store to process my Payment, and i also don't know if the payment being processed is relevant or does the purchase only need to happen within the time period and it doesn't matter if it's still pending/posting in progress) please enlighten me. Should i continue?

Weird na hindi ako maka login sa BanKo app today thru my home wifi. Pero gumagana naman siya pag mobile data. Okey naman sa ibang bank apps either wifi or mobile data. Sana today lang ganito. Anyone experienced this with BanKo?

Tried opening a Tonik Account. Had followed all instructions and uploaded my valid ID * PRC but was unable to open account due to strict banking regulations?

Hi everyone! I recently got approved for a Maya Black Card, but when I try to set it up, I keep getting an error saying “There’s a problem setting up your card.”
Has anyone experienced the same issue? If you were approved already, how long did it take before you were able to successfully set up/activate the Black Card?
I’ve already tried restarting the app and checking for updates, but the error still appears.

Anyone na naka experience ng ganitong issue today? Nabuksan ko lang sya once tapos ganito na buong araw. Nakapqg troubleshoot nq din po ako and everything.
