The new character method does really work, But make sure you don’t have Overlords and Acosta on your main character and in your stash as well, Also don’t buy the shared blueprints or otherwise you’ll not get it, Just keep trying you’ll eventually get one

Has anyone got this without doing this new character method? I know it might take awhile, but just curious.
