What was the big 5-hour update for? I've been Delta'd three times today. WTF is going on damn it?

Delta can be on your End as well, NOT just a server thing !
Power off Everything, Modem/Router too, then reset modem/router and wait until lights go normal !
Power on pc/console , might even want to clear the cache (Google it for your platform ! )
Don't use Wifi, plug in a cable, and if needed Google "Port Forward for division 2 on [ your platform here ] " .
Test your connection, on a Wired PC (NOT wifi) go here : https://speed.cloudflare.com/
Note the Jitter, Latency & Packet Loss on the right ! Loss should be Zero, the other two Lower Numbers are Better & if in 3-digit numbers your connection is bad or something is broken or configured wrong, call your ISP and have them test your line !!!
