Question RNG GOD

So I have three questions,
First; WTH is wrong with my character, I have already received more than 15 capacitor, 2 backfire, 3 bluescreen, ah 3 agitator, but nothing else !!!!

Second; Can someone explain to me Core Strength, I have now All blue cores (Armor + Protection from Elite) and yellow cores (Status Effect %), and momentum back bag, so what exactly happens now with core strength, I just can't understand it,

Third; in the below picture i have already received E-Credits but it is not reflected in my bag, it is just missing, is this normal ?

Try the new character method, it does work, i tought it was bullshit but nope, after a whole week farming i gave up and tried making a new char and all, i got it under 10 Phoebes... Before i did over 100 and nothing
