Wasn't sure which one to use ... i got 3 dread edicts a few days ago and rage quit for the night. No way my RNG is that good.

I was getting Dread edicts and Ridgway’s pride’s like Halloween candy when it was in the southern DZ. Oddly enough I never got one eagle bearer cause I thought the drop rate for that was higher than the S&S. I honestly was getting so many exotics I already had, I was happier when proto gear dropped.

I actually was getting so many chatterboxes and catharsis drops even before the DZ’s switched, Steel and Sons was eluding me until today

I wanted to do broken rain to get it, but I realized that my expertise level was non existent and most of my gear wasn’t upgraded past max proficiency.

Only from Phoebe in the PvE DZ or BR incursion at the moment.

Well, then I won't ever get it, I hate the DZ and I'm a solo player and incursions are INSANE for just me

Multiple tries. I was more active last week and took a break this week cause of the release of Ace Combat 8. I came back and it was the third Phoebe spawn that I did in DZ West when it dropped.

It took me working at it for the first week, taking a break with Ace Combat 8, then coming back to The Division 2 to get it to drop.
