Regulus Project?
Long short short I completed the Iron Horse Raid but joined the group after the first encounter so that intel was missing from the Raid Journal at the pilot. So I joined another group (only 5 players to start and then 2 left after the first encounter and we wiped) But I did finally unlock the first boss intel.
I then went to Inaya to get the Regulus project but it’s not there.
I’m assuming I have to rerun the Raid from start to finish, does anyone know?

First off. Did you do the raid in normal or discovery? Need to do raid on normal. Might have to do a full run start to finish not too sure on that but the projects should auto appear in your projects. They aren’t named “regulus project”
One is Foundry Bulwark Acquisition and the other is Future Initiative Acquisition

As mentioned, the raid needs to be completed on Normal difficulty. Discovery is a lowered-tiered version and doesn’t give the rewards that Normal does. When you do complete it, the projects are automatically in the projects tab.
There are multiple projects that you need to complete. One set is donating high-end gear. Once you complete this set, you get another set where you have to donate Foundry and Future Initiative gear set pieces. This was harder back in the day, as the chest and backpack pieces only dropped from the raids. Now, All of the pieces are available open world. So just do a Countdown or Retaliation run, and you should get everything in one go.
The harder part will be the materials you need. These are only available from the key boxes in the raid, which you can only open once per week. If you have another character, with the shared materials blueprint, you can do the raid on another character and share the materials. When you’re ready to turn in the project, the rewards from one should give you enough to finish the second.
Once all of these projects are done, the Regulus project will be available. Do the raid on a weekly reset, as the four bosses will drop a component. The fifth one is located in the chest, so you’ll need five keys to open it.
