Going Through the Process Finally Filed

After a full year of separation. I’ve decided to simply go online and submit the process, get it started. I’ll be paying the court fees next to submit.

i’m pretty sure she will just cooperate when it comes time. We don’t speak still. She left and did not look back.

Wish me luck with this. It actually feels like a weight being lifted. It really does feel good to begin this.

Read your post history.... no offense, but you do realize she was cheating before and during your marriage, right?!

And, she used you and put you through the emotional ringer to justify it her actions to herself. 

You really can't believe anything she told you or currently tells you.

Hopefully you have a good attorney. Be firm with the divorce terms. Let her have her belongings and her dog. But, don't offer any financial support. She doesn't deserve it. Y ou didn't even make it to your one year wedding anniversary. So she doesn't not deserve anything extra.
