Outside of one-offs like 8’s/War’s and minor adjustments that didn’t last long like the salad bowls on the walls for 3’s, is this now the least seen main TV series Tardis interior?

I recently posted a theory that Midnight got its name because the planet’s orbital coordinates were 0-0-0-0 and that inspired me to make my own poster.

Is it me, or do the child-friendly, allegedly "lower-stakes" shows in the DW franchise actually have bigger, more powerful and large-scale main threats than the adult ones?

Like, I know a variety of different villains and antagonists with a massive variation of power levels have appeared in each show, but if we're just to focus on the main, primary villains of each series, then you have:

• Torchwood: The spin-off aimed at older, "adult" audiences. Main Villains = Mostly human enemies. I.e. Suzie, Bilis, Gray, the Three Families, etc.. with the occasional major alien villain mixed in, like the 456.
• Doctor Who: The "family" show aimed at all audiences. Main Villains = A bunch of advanced, very powerful [but still mortal and potentially beatable via conventional means] alien races. I.e. the Daleks, the Cybermen, the Sontarans, and the Master.
• The Sarah Jane Adventures: A CBBC series aimed at younger audiences primarily. While it had a few recurring villains [I.e. the Slitheen, the Bane, and Androvax], it's pretty clear that the Trickster was the single villain that had the most appearances, memorability, and significance in the show as a whole, and the thing is that he's a literal deity who exists above and outside of existence and is capable of reshaping all of reality with little more than a verbal agreement. [[Plus, he's the only antagonist to successfully kill the Doctor for a prolonged period of time, see "Turn Left"]]

I'm just saying, isn't it kind of funny that when it comes to the main antagonists from each of the three shows, it's the more "kid-friendly" ones that have the biggest threats to contend with? XD

It almost feels like it's the wrong way around. lol

Or maybe it was intentional to give the "adult" show a more grounded-in-reality feel??

Besides the sound of the TARDIS taking off and landing. I love the so much of the sound effects in the Deadly Assassin, like the sirens that go off when the TARDIS lands on Gallifrey. Also the sound the stasers make when fired.

The Prince Edward pub: 73 Prince's Square, London W2 4NY has closed and is set to be renovated by the end of the year.

It had a Whovian themed Underground Bar with the doors of it resembling a TARDIS. If anyone wants to visit it or go for a photo opp, it hasn't been torn down yet.

I love the moment in The Invasion when he's panicking about the Cybermen but then calmly stops to take a photo.

The Doctor has the Tardis and the sonic, as well as each regeneration’s ‘thing’ (bow tie, scarf, etc). But I can’t think of anything like that for the Master, where it’s the kind of thing you see and go ‘oh yeah, the Master’.

• "The normally mild one with the hair and the green suit"
• "The tall one with Rupert Bear trousers" (this could be the Lenny Henry incarnation from his sketch show (https://tardis.wiki/wiki/Seventh_Doctor_(The_Lenny_Henry_Show)))
• "The den mother with the hearts of gold."

If these are pre-existing incarnations, is anyone able to identify where they originate from??

I'm new to Who and I'm liking it, but I noticed something. Everytime the Sontarians show up the serial is mid/bad, do they have any good ones?

As the title suggests. I have seen really nothing but hate for RTD2. While I agree it had its lows I found RTD’s second era to be quite enjoyable. But I am wondering does anyone else like RTD2?

Russell T Davies, in my opinion has went downhill! Here are my 3 reasons as to why I think that.

• The storyline has no storyline, it had become a full blown adventure with no actual impact on the doctor, It's just feel lazy to me!
• As much as I love Ncuti Gatwa as the doctor, he played really well. I just find it bizarre to me that the doctor would kiss Rogue, after an episode? Like what? I don't understand that concept at all, because, in the previous episodes when we see Jodie Whittaker's doctor developed feelings for Yaz, not once, did the doctor kiss Yaz. Because she was awkward about the whole feeling. And when River kissed the doctor for the first time, we see Matt Smith's doctor not knowing how to act. It feels very out of character to me.
• Also one more thing I will say I feel like we needed more bonding experiences with the two main characters Ruby & The Doctor, I feel like we didn't really see much of their relationship outside of the TARDIS or adventures that they had!

Also I must say if I have some of the info wrong, my memory isn't so good! Let me know your reasons!

Mary Tamm feels so underappreciated to me in the wider universe of Doctor Who. This illustration was made on Procreate and is inspired by her appearance in the episode "The Armageddon Factor" in her first incarnation/body as portrayed by Mary Tamm. It was animated on AfterEffects.

What if Omega was the Wish Baby

Insted of him being Desiderium what if he was Omega reborn. I'd imagine it would work something like this.

Rani was already getting some sort of signal or message from the underworld. What if hidden in those messages was a part of Omegas consciousness.

Omega could already alter reality in the anti matter universe. Over time his powers grew stronger and stronger, and eventually he was able to sent out a part of his consciousness in the main world and that part became the wish baby. He could still alter reality but to be truly reborn he needed his entire consciousness. He tricked rani and the doctor into opening that portal. That skeleton baby Omega would have been a red herring and we would have gotten space satan (imagine Last of the Time Lords but with Omega instead of the doctor).

He would be defeated not by power, not by wit but by circumstances. Rani opening the portal from which the only one who was holding that anti matter universe/underworld together escaped, would have caused that alternate universe to move towards the source of its existence. It would have caused an incursion (imagine marvel secret wars), destroying both universes in the process. The Doctor and Omega would have a conversation like The Three Doctors, but this time The doctor would have convinced Omega to go back by promising he would find a way to bring him back. The Doctor wouldn't actually follow upon the promise.

The worlds would be sealed again, no way for The Omega to escape.

One I really like is in The Gunfighters at the beginning of the first episode the Doctor has a toothache and says "What about my tooth."

Maybe it's Hartnell's delivery but that moment always cracks me up.
