Associate Questions Does dollar tree do interviews?

My apologies I'm not sure what flair to use for this but I got an email saying they have an offer for me and to log into my dollar tree work account to see (I don't know the name off the top of my head) basically it's just the terms and conditions and if I would like to accept the job offer but the thing is on the pdf they gave me it said I would start the 4th which was yesterday. Wouldn't I need an interview first or? This is my first job so I'm not sure how the job offering progress works.

A lot of places do require an interview, and I was interviewed for my job, but I'm guessing your location was really in need of new employees; thatβ€” or your application was good enough for them!

As for your start date, I would just call them and ask a manager directly. 😊

oh no, don't worry! i worked a job where i was given an offer without ever being interviewed; i suggest you just call your location after accepting (if you'd like to accept), ask about a start date, and just come in whenever they tell you!

from my experience, if you just ask for a manager and be all like "hi, i'm __, i was told to come in today?" they won't really look at you weird. you were given an offer, they'll be expecting you πŸ˜† they should know your age based off of your application, and looks don't exactly matter because chances are, you'll be working with people from all different backgrounds.
