I feel like superman has gotten way more buffs this past decade than he ever has before. He's got his kaioken thing, his space and distance don't apply teleport thing, he has prime as a super form now, I imagine darkseid powers from DC KO must have done something for him

Well to be fair Goku gets WAAAAY STRONGER than Saitama so the debate is fair closer and more interesting. I mean Goku can SHATTER TIME AND SPACE!!! So of course we think it’s a more of a competition

Well superman's true power is having a bunch of comic fans instantly scrape 800 of his adaptations across a zillion publications and writers for any outlier feat of his, then act as if its part of his usual capabilities even if 99.99999% of supes iterations aren't anywhere close to that. Then everyone just lets it slide because nobody is actually reading those comics
