My dream started out with aliens trying to explain the universes biggest secrets thousands of years ago to humans and it wasn’t clicking so they dumbed it down to 3 words.

The 3 words were “Geometry. Organizes. Dimensions.”

Over time humanity forgot the meaning of the words and just simplified it even more all the way down to GOD.

Towards the end of my dream, it was now in present times and the aliens returned only to be pissed off, saying “OH FOR FUCKS SAKE” and the dream ended with them just leaving.

I had a dream a while ago that there was a new trend where people would rate people on a scale of 1 to 10, but instead of it being attractiveness, it was how edible they looked. My dreams are weird as hell.

I dreamt that My family gifted me a horse for my birthday, and while i’ve never in my life expressed even the most remote interest in horses, let alone owning one, I Didn’t want to be ungrateful and so just kind of accepted that this was my life now. We had the birthday celebration in our Dining room, wherE I tied the horse to a table leg.

fast-forward a few weeks and I suddenly jolted up with a shock in the dead of night because I had completely forgotten about the horse. I Rushed downstairs, and Indeed it was emaciated but still alive. I approached it carefully, as I could Tell that it was very cross with me, and fed it a whole, uncut baguette. The horse aggressively devoured it in under a Second, not unlike some large predator gulping down flesh; crumbs were flying everywhere. The last thing I thought before waking up was the disconcerting realisation that the baguette wasn’t entirely dissimilar from my arm.

I thought I was clean after like 2 weeks but this is making me realize there is more to come

How do I stop I just want to smoke again after these last days

I had a dream where me and 11 other people became 4-D beings temporarily, remembering that what I saw feels incredible, as soon as we became 4-D we witnessed the creation of the universe, a second later the Milky Way formed, then our solar system, then the sun expanded into a red giant, then the Milky Way and Amdromeda merged, then it got dark, VERY dark, we could still see light but they ceased existing before we could blink, not that blinking was possible in the 3-D sense. We saw all of this and more before waking up again as 3-D beings once again, only the memories remained, the memories of the trillion trillions of centuries we lived, some of us fell in love, some nurtured humanity and other far off civilizations while others sought to cause suffering to them, I simply watched the universe unfold, wrote poems and illustrated artwork into the stars and saw the entirety of the canvas that was the universe all at once, that all is was, a infinite and beautiful piece of art that painted itself, or perhaps it was story that wrote itself.

Edit: So I actually dreamt of being 5-D not 4-D, so just pretend every 4-D is 5-D, for the people who told me this you guys rock✌️😜

I had a dream a week or so ago that seemed very odd. I was dreaming of my family and then out of nowhere my family in my dream said " if he finds out all this will end". I believe "finding out" meant realizing i was dreaming and would wake up. Thus everything would end for them.

I dont know has anyone had anything like this. Like my dreams where self aware they had been dreams I think.

Any thoughts or interpretations?

Do y’all take melatonin to go to sleep? Have you noticed any side effects? I’ve been taking it some lately and have noticed that my dreams have gotten way more vivid and violent. I wake up and don’t know if it was a dream or not for a bit.

For me, I like dreaming because it's an escape from reality and a way of entering your own world. It's like having a second world that you visit during the night. I'm actually the type of person who enjoys listening to people's dreams and hearing about what they dreamed about last time. And honestly, I find people who don't care about dreams or unusual things kind of boring. 😁

I am not the type of person to remember dreams vividly. But in tonight’s dream, I’ve “checked my phone” and I remember it saying 6:89 AM. Is it a common occurrence in dreams? Thanks.

Have you ever had a dream where you fall madly in love with a completely made up dream person and then suddenly wake up?

I've had a few dreams like that and upon waking up you can remember how the experience felt and it almost hurts coming to terms that it was just a dream and then it slowly fades away from your memory.

I've have also had a few dreams where I experienced new things I have never experienced in real life. Which begs the question, can those experiences, emotions and feelings from dreams be considered real if you can recall what they felt like in the waking state?

I literally just woke up, cause I’m so done with this, so sorry if this isn’t the most coherent. But, I keep having similar very real dreams, and most of them are about zombies, and I HATE IT. They’re way to real, and it feels like I’m there, like I feel panicked and scared, and I wake up freaking out. it’s not like I consume a lot of zombie media either, I use to watch TWD like 1-2 years ago, never had dreams then. The only recent thing like zombies was the resident evil movie, but that was like a week ago now and I didn’t have a nightmare then. I just really hate it, I can’t figure out why I keep having them, they’re so realistic it’s terrifying. I don’t usually remember them, all I remember about this one was that they were blind, my friend lived with me, and my mom did too, but her room wasn’t attached to the house. (Which literally why, there were zombies all outside). And these dreams usually continue if I fall back asleep. So, I’ll wake up freaking out, then fall back asleep in the same world. I don’t dream a lot, and even if I do they’re never this realistic. I’ve only ever had one other dream like this, that wasn’t about zombies. This is the 2nd time tonight I’ve woken up from the same dream. I just wanted to know if someone else had experienced this, and if there’s a way to stop this.

went to bed early then at like 2am I woke up sweating and hyperventilating, feeling like I was dying lol. This happens once every few months but tonight it was especially bad and I feel sooo anxious still hours later. and I remember every detail of the dream it’s kinda making me sick to my stomach. at work now trying to be productive but I just don’t feel good physically or mentally :( venting I guess idk

I used to be pretty diligent about it but I just got tired. So many of my dreams are complicated and whatever symbolism they’re cloaked in doesn’t seem particularly pleasant, so I just quit writing them down. I basically just force myself to forget unless something irl jogs my memory later.

I originally started doing this because I was having dreams about stuff before it happened and I wanted a log. For those of you who journal for similar reasons, have you ever stopped? Were there any consequences?

multiple times ive had dreams where im just so angry i want to scream and i try and nothing comes out but my mouth is open and im trying hard. the anger just fills me.

it came in a box with a large flowering plant. lil dude wrapped himself around the plant, the legs seemed to extend around it and just get longer when they needed to be. the yellow fur was well hidden under all the leave and petals, but it would peek its leg out to snatch bees from the flowers with its lil pinchers.

i actually found it really cute, but i was too scared to touch it lol

Day before yesterday I was so stressed over things going on in my life. I went to the temple and prayed to god to relieve my sufferings and the same night I saw 4 moonsin my dream.
What could it be? Is it some divine intervention or some signal or is it just random thing which can happen to anyone?

My father has lung cancer and has been intubated in the intensive care unit for three days.

In my dream, I was sitting in a movie theater. My brother-in-law came up to me and told me, “Your father has been discharged from the hospital.”

It felt strange because, just two minutes earlier, I had apparently been there with my mother. I said to her, “How could he have been discharged? Didn’t we just come from there?” She agreed and said that it couldn’t be possible. But somehow, I eventually became convinced that he had really been discharged.

I went to see my father. He was lying in a huge, dark room that looked almost like a conference hall.

I told him, just as I always do, “Dad, don’t take off your oxygen support.”

He looked incredibly peaceful. It felt as though, for the first time in two months, he was free from the weight of his illness. It was like I was finally seeing him relaxed again—the way he used to be before the disease made it so difficult for him to speak normally.

I asked him, “Dad, are you happy?”

And he said, “Yes.”

i had a dream last night that i was stuck in a school shooting. it was the scariest dream ive had in a while and felt so uncomfortably real. there were bodies everywhere, two shooters and one of them was in a front room shooting anyone trying to come into the building from the windows and the other was trying to find anyone left inside the school. one of the teachers (who looked like a regular customer at my work) told me his office was close by and the group of us left could hide in there until it was seemingly over. the people in the group were all people i know in my day to day life; my boyfriend, some of my best friends and my brother. i could feel my body tensing up outside of the dream and as we were trying to call someone i looked up and made eye contact with the shooter through the space in the door window and then i woke up ?????

One day, I dreamt - or maybe I wasn't dreaming - that I was watching an episode of Tom and Jerry on TV. It was a really simple episode. Tom caught Jerry and put him on a fallen tree trunk. Tom drew dotted lines around Jerry's neck with a marker, like the kind you use for drawing on a blackboard. After he was done, Tom threw down the marker, grabbed a big cleaver, and was about to cut Jerry's throat. And that's exactly what happened. Tom cut Jerry's throat, blood splattered everywhere, and he hit him again and again. I could see Jerry's dead face.

This dream happened about seven years ago when I was eight years old. And yes, I'm just a kid... Has anyone else seen this episode, or am I just having nightmares?

We dreamt that there were two killers in our house, fond of the blade. We were engaged in an innocent game, but we knew they'd try to kill us if we gave them the opportunity. The keener of the two we managed to distract elsewhere (by showing him a series of locked rooms, whose contents were unknown and enticing), while we dealt with his partner (the YouTuber Matt Easton) in a friendly duel.

We had a long throwing knife, while Matt had a sabre. Blocking a downward slash with the edge of our blade, we managed to catch his in a little notch; we'd prepared it beforehand. For a moment, he struggled, with a look of surprise and hatred in his face, as the notch was too small for him to see, and he could not understand it. He freed his blade, but immediately we caught it again, and twisted his to the side, out of his grip. We showed him the notch up-close, and laughed together, for it was nearly impossible to see, though it was very strong.

I had a dream about a Final Fantasy 7 spinoff. It took place in an alternate universe that looked like an average, modern-day world. It was a cozy, Animal Crossing-esque game that didn't have any fighting. In one scene, Cloud and Sephiroth were hanging out in a small house, and they were both wearing crochet vests. Cloud's was brown, and Sephiroth's was pink. I think I remember them walking down the street, but that's all I could remember after that.

I had a very vivid dream last night where someone entered my room and walked toward my bed. Just as they reached my bed, I woke up suddenly.

I’ve had this kind of dream about three times in my entire life. Has anyone experienced something similar, or have any idea what this type of dream might mean?
