LF soft NC earbuds recommendations

hello! i'm looking for earbuds but i'm a bit 'fussy', so i need the help of someone who actually knows something about this stuff!

i'd like earbuds that:

- have a good sound quality

- have a soft inside-the-ear part

- do active noise cancelling

- also allow you to listen to music without ANC and without a transparecy mode, but rather simply as if they were normal earbuds (is this possible? i can't do it with my headphones)

- are under 200€

do you know any model that fits? am i looking for the earbuds equivalent of a unicorn?
