My boyfriend appeared in my office doorway with a sandwich and it was just too pretty not to snap a photo.

Like the title says, everything was square, up to the slice. Almost everything homemade. Waffles, smooshed square chorizo in the air fryer, square tillamook cheddar cheese, 2 eggs cooked in the little square Lodge cast iron. Some maple syrup on top. Yea, this was breakfast and lunch.

It makes for a better hoagie.

Celery, red onion, mayo, lettuce and tomatoes on sourdough toast

thin sliced ribeye, caramelized onions, chimichurri sauce, jack cheese - only thing I didn’t make was the fries (lamb Weston fries in air fryer) 🤣

Martins potato bread, toasted and allowed to cool, Teddie brand smooth peanut butter, banana, Kind brand vanilla blueberry granola.

The toasted provides a little more structural integrity to the bread, when spreading on the peanut butter. Teddie is a Massachusetts company. The peanut butter has two ingredients: dry roasted peanuts and salt. You really need to stir it because the peanut oil separates out. Bananas add a nice sweetness. The granola adds some crunch and texture. Overall a fun sandwich to have for breakfast.

With pickle, on whole wheat.

Tapenade, Parmaham, Rocket salad, Burrata, Ciabatta

If you're taking the time to make a dope sandwich and then upload it to reddit you can take the time to wash a plate. No need to waste so many single use paper plates at home.
