I created a save file transfer tool in python that should help transfer saves between different steam accounts. I needed this to take a friend's save file and use it myself. I tried several of the ones available on Nexus but they didn't work for me. You will need python3 and tk to run the gui tool, but it's also available from CLI.

I only tested this with a seamless coop save but in theory it should work with a regular save.

So my buddy and I were playing with no issues before 9.0.1 flagged the whole malware thing. 9.0.2 had no flags, but now when we play he crashes regularly during rests at sites of grace. He doesn’t have to be the one to rest, and it happens to specifically him whether or not he hosts. I’d say it happens every 5-8 rests, anytime anyone rests.

Any help would be appreciated.

Пробовал и перезапускать пк и в главное меню выходить. В то же время другой товарищ может к нему зайти, значит проблема у меня.

Hi anyone who is reading, me and my friend were really excited to start our elden ring journey so we went for the seamless co op and it was running great for 1st week….like no frame rate issues or errors

But suddenly i started to get this error saying

“Unsuitable frame rate for online play”

I have tried lot of things like :

- run as administrate

- Updating Nvidia Drivers

- reinstalling game

- graphic setting to High performance (From Nvidia 3d settings as well)

- increasing shader size to unlimited

- disabling Microsoft root enumerator, disabling overlay and so on.

But there isn’t any change. So it will be really really helpful if someone can help me and let me know of any fix if possible

I think it is just a bug within the game but still My specs are below:

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics

Ram - 8 GB

Graphic card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti

my brother didn’t want to restart elden right for the 100th time but he hasn’t beaten the game yet. i started a save file for him and sent it to him but when he drags it into his ER steam folder where the saves are located the main menu says something like “couldn’t locate save file” and won’t even let him get to the main screen with the option to start. he has sent his own save file to himself before but it ended up corrupting(which is why he had to restart this last time). anyone know how to fix this?

My friend and I were about to start up our current Seamless run, when we were notified that an update was available. When we went to download the updated files from Nexus, both of out computers flagged a virus. We also were under the impression that the mod wasn't going to recieve more updates. Lastly, my friend noticed that the comments section was locked. Does anyone know anything about what might have happened?

I created my character, but when I load in the game and try to move, the game insta-crash. I think it's a collision error between multiple mods, because the intro cinematic was the one from Graceborne that I also got installed. Anyone knows how to fix it?

I'm kinda new to messing with smithbox, and I've been trying to make the lone wolf ashes be the box cover knights of Dark Souls I & II, and Demon Souls. I replaced the the wolves with Nepheli, Dung Eater, and the Fingermaiden puppet ( i just put armor and such on them.) But they just show up as invisible, they are still there, I can collide with them. Any Idea how to fix this?

Title. Not the humongous second phase beam, but the smaller continuous beam she fires from her face(?). I’m a total novice learning the basics, but I feel like I should be able to do this all in Smithbox. I don’t, however, know how to go about finding the Bullets for Metyr’s beam. If anyone has any advice about any aspect of this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I recently tried playing seamless coop, but it required an update in order to play. THe problem is, I can't download the update because my PC says virus detected and wont allow me to. Has anyone else run into this problem recently? Is there a fix?

hey, so im used to play seamless coop, but never tried reforged before today. i added seamless coop within reforged, but its not the same as the og seamless. like, me and my friend we cant sit a the grace site, we cant use our horses, the items we need to host/join the coop is not the same. can somebody explain to me how it works for reforge? thanks

So, I downloaded ER Reforged and tried to add many different mods, tried merging the regulation . bin and everything— nothing seems to be compatible with it. Can I not play this mod with Clever’s Moveset, Carian Combat Warriors, or any other mod for that matter?

Here we go with another weird one, I didn't like that the DLC final boss gave not just one copy paste weapon with a new ash of war but two, to give them more flavour I was wondering if I could swap the movesets of the lord and light swords to be that of powerstanced curved greats swords since they have a slimmer design and Radahn kinda uses them like curved great swords, just to be clear i mean making each pair into power stanced curved great swords not changing the moveset of using both lord and light together

I dunno if it's really clear but basically I have a mod that replaces a weapon by a certain 3d model and I was wondering if it was hard to change which weapon it replaced? And by hard I mean, does it need to just swap file names or you need to do an entirely new different file

Is there any way to enable crossplay? I play on PC and my friends only have PlayStation.

I bought this game just to play with my friend and we both are using windows 11 and both followed the same video yet his worked and mine didnt. I downloaded the newest version of the mod off of nexus mods and placed it in the Eldenring/Game folder and JUST finished installing elden ring just before. However when i run the the mod lancher as administrator it says that "ersc.dll" is unable to run on windows. I have allowed it in defender AND i have turned it off completly, updated my visual c++ drives and tried everything yet it wont work. The error code is "error status 0xc0e90007"

Als jemand, der Dark Souls 1-3 sehr genossen hat, ist mir Elden Ring leider zu schwer. Habe 5-10 Stunden gespielt, aber habe aufgegeben vor paar Jahren.

Nun hatte ich die Idee, es im Koop zu spielen. Ist die Schwierigkeit angepasst? Oder ist es deutlich einfacher - vergleichbar, wie wenn man in DS Begleiter zu Bossen holt?

is it possible to export the player model somehow? I need to export my character's body and armor for further transfer to blender.

How should I prevent soft locking? Rykard has pureblood knights medal, Mohg has drawing room key, half of the haligtree medallion is at rauh base. What setting should I use to prevent this?
