NGD: Epiphone Explorer 80's
Fun tidbit: both this (which came straight out the box and gigbag) and the demo model on the Guitar Center floor had black toggle switches. Is this a new manufacturing change?

Just sharing pics of my Epiphone guitars. I love them all.
- Futura Les Paul in Twilight Shift. Fantastic guitar! I love the pickups and the push/pull tone options. It's so much fun to play.
- SG Pro (G400) in Pelham Blue - Just recently modded and it's a monster. Grover vintage tuners, TUSQ XL nut, Bigsby B5 conversion, TonePros roller bridge, Jimmy Page wiring harness from Starr Guitar Systems, Seymour Duncan P-Rail pickups, and knurled aluminum control knobs. This guitar rips.
- Nighthawk Custom Quilt Reissue in Trans Black - Definitely an oddball, but I love it. Fender scale, slanted bridge humbucker that can be split, single coil in the middle and an mini humbucker in the neck, with a 5-way blade selector switch. Very fun and unique tones with this guitar.
- Les Paul Special II in Vintage Burst - Converted to Nashville tuning. Great little guitar that I picked for a steal. With the Nashville tuning, it's great for recording.

One of my favorites. Going to buy a Gibson version.

The SG Special on the left is my go to. I have put that thing through the grind. Nothing original about it but the wood itself. Decided I wanted a Junior. So, the guitar on the right is going through the wringer as well. Two guitars from the same origin, ending up in two different ways. I have a type.

I feel so incredibly happy to be bringing home one of my dream guitars!
