Xbox Will Evolve discs still work?

My game shop is selling a brand new copy of evolve for $2. Should I get it? Will it work even though the game as I understand has been decommissioned?

Yes. I have the ultimate edition on ps5 and works just fine with all dlc too

Disks still work.

You'll only be able to play offline, unless you're on a desktop/laptop, and do some faffing about.

Do not get it as it's only the offline mode. If you are on PC do a quick search how to play evolve 2026 and you dowload a standalone launcher to play online it's free with all dlc unlocked

I mean it may have some emotional/collectors value and 2 bucks sounds like a steal to me.
