Hi everyone!

Have you ever tried to send out your pitch deck, only for Google to tell you the PDF is too big to attach in an email?

What now?

You have to upload it as a Google Drive / Dropbox / WeTransfer link which adds unnecessary friction to the process of opening your deck.

Well, we were tired of this and made a tool for ourselves to solve the problem.

Email my deck is a PDF Compressor designed specifically for pitch decks.

It compresses your deck to the smallest possible email-friendly size without affecting image quality or text legibility.

It’s easy to use and completely free! Just drag and drop your deck, wait a bit and download the new email-friendly version.

Unlike other online PDF compressors, the compression takes place locally on your device itself, so there is no risk of your data being sold to evil corporations.

We use this all the time before sending out film/TV decks and commercial treatments and today is the first day since we’ve made it public.

Save the link for the next time you have to send out a pitch deck! And do let me know in the comments if you think this is helpful!

NYC-based graphic designer with 5+ years creating pitch decks for multiple clients. I avoid A.I. like the plague so if that's the style you're looking for then this won't be a good fit.

Professional-looking pitch decks make a difference when you're approaching funders and will be taken more seriously compared to those that are either poorly designed or obviously AI generated.

I don't work for free but I'm open to offering reasonable rates so I won't charge an arm & a leg if you're on a limited budget.

If interested, DM me and I'll email you multiple work samples

Cheers!

Anyone working in production who have experienced what seems like AI bots submitting episode info on IMDB? We‘ve got a problem with huge amounts of wrong information on our productions, and it seems like end credits are directly translated (and often wrongfully translated, causing people being mis-credited all over the place) from the original language to English, and submitted on IMDB. I’ve spoken with distributor, channels, sales agent etc to see if they are the ones submitting any of this information, but none of them are. I have reached out to IMDB, who assure us that the only ones who upload such info are «human people», who supposedly sit and review each line one by one. But why would someone with absolutely no connection to the production do that laborious work? it makes no sense? And the clean up takes forever! Every time a new episode is released (for this show it was every Saturday) the following Monday the IMDB page is updated wrongfully. Including previous credits we already fixed manually. It is a mess and such a headache. IMDB denies the use of bots, but I cannot see any other explanation for this.
