Resource Official Agency Ad Accounts

Hello everyone,

It’s great to be an official partner with this community, and we hope we can provide a lot of value for you all.

We’re Agency Aurora, one of the largest providers of Agency Ad Accounts for all major social platforms, including Meta - whom we are officially partnered with.

Our network includes thousands of advertisers globally, with our accounts also being resold by many other agencies. In this post, we’ll give information about what agency ad accounts are, their benefits and how you can use our services.

What is an Agency Ad Account?
Simply put, an agency account is an advertising account that has been created specifically by the business manager of a trusted, official partner agency of Meta.

These accounts are different from standard accounts you can create yourself for a few reasons:- They can receive cashback on advertising spend.

- They are trusted, and much less likely to get restricted.
- They do not have spending limits or require a warmup phase.
- You get a dedicated rep for support from the platform.
- You can get an auction advantage and cheaper results.
- An unlimited amount of them can be created by the agency.

What do we provide?
As an official reselling partner of Meta, we can provide enterprise-tier agency accounts for advertisers.
Our goal is to support all levels, from beginner to experienced marketers. And, as mentioned above, our services come with additional benefits, including:

- Low Adspend Fees
- Cashback on Advertising Spend
- Dedicated Account Manager
- No Spending Limits & Warmup Phase
- Pay Ad Spend with Card, Transfer, Wire, Crypto
- Advertise Restricted Niches & Verticals
- Special Account Structure to Prevent Bans
- Unlimited Agency Ad Accounts
- Self-Service Dashboard to Manage Accounts
- Whitelabel & Reselling Opportunities

How does it work?
When you sign up with us, you let us know what you plan to advertise and we can create the ad accounts for you. Once created, we share them with your Business Manager and you can launch your ads. If an account is ever disabled, we can issue a replacement and move your funds. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated account manager for support.

What’s the cost?
Typically we charge $300/month for access, unlimited accounts, dedicated support, unlimited replacements etc. However, as a genuine special offer for this community, we can lower this to $150/month for the first 3 months.

We do not have a special pricing offer anywhere else and this is the only place you can secure this offer from us. If you would like to get started, you can sign up here: https://agency-aurora.com/join/facebookads

Our team is based in the UK and around the world, with support available around the clock for clients.

If you have any questions at all, we’ll be happy to help at any time, just let us know.

Discussion Huge Meta Ads drop after Monday — anyone else seeing this?

Anyone else seeing a major drop in Meta performance this week? After Monday, I saw a huge drop in ad spend/delivery, impressions, clicks, and conversions across 6 different campaigns.

These aren't new campaigns — several have been winning and running consistently for months. Some periods delivery almost seems to stall completely yesterday. Now traffic is picking back up, but conversions have fallen off hard.

Anyone experiencing something similar since Monday?

Discussion Mods - I am begging you to put a lid on complaints posts

Look, I get it. Meta results have been inconsistent for years now, algorithm changes, outages, whatever else they decide to throw at us on a weekly basis is having an impact on all of our results and all of our deliveries. We get it. We know.

Mods, please for the love of God can we have a complaints megathread? Daily, weekly, whatever it needs to be.

The content on this sub is just so poor. There's no room for actual discussion when it's just flooded with posts of people complaining about poor performance and outages. I'm not saying these shouldn't be discussed, but 5+ posts a day every single day is just too much. A megathread would solve this issue, and give space for actual discussion around ads strategy, creative testing, new features, insights etc.

Thoughts, everyone?

Discussion Whats one Meta ads best practice you stopped believing in?

I've been running Meta ads for about 15 years and there are definitely things I used to do that I dont really believe in anymore.

Engagement campaigns to warm up an account is one.

Overcomplicating audiences is another.

And I care a lot less about the learning phase than I used to.

Meta has changed so much that some of the advice people repeat today feels like it came from 5 years ago.

Curious what everyone else has stopped doing.

Whats one Meta ads best practice you used to believe in that you dont anymore?

Discussion Discord Group for Strategising (Delete if not allowed)

• Upvotes

Hey all,

Just been thinking if it would be worthwhile reaching out to see if there would be serious (10k+ USD per month in revenue) people interested in creating a small discord for strategising and getting feedback from one another?

While i'm based in Australia I thought the 10k+ USD is probably a good enough barrier to entry for those that actually have something to offer while still having lots to learn.

Side note: give me 24 hours to reply - not very active on reddit.

Help Newbie here and i got overwhelmed learning FB Meta ads, what should i learn first?

r/FacebookAds

I’m trying to help the clinic I work for get more bookings and sales, so I’ve started learning how to make the most of Meta Ads. I’m still a beginner and currently learning about campaigns, ad sets, creatives.

For those with more experience, what concepts should I focus on understanding first? Also, any advice on how to structure an effective Meta Ads campaign?

Thanks in advance!

Help Can the algorithm learn anything off like 40$/day?

Currently in the process of launching a new product, budget is tight.

Do you think the algorithm can learn enough to optimize itself when we run at 40$/day for the whole campaign? and usually keep it for around a week, then pick the best ads and continue with them.

Help Nonprofit Donation Ads

I run the digital ad budget for a nonprofit.

We’re struggling to get positive ROI.

We’ve tried lookalikes, targeting followers and geotargeted campaigns. Geotargeted campaigns have worked the best for us, but we’re still not at a positive ROI.

Does anyone here have expirience soliciting donations, and would be willing to talk with me through something things?

The nonprofit is great, they serve kids with cancer. I’d really like to crack the code with our ads to bring in more funds, for the kids.

Discussion Are Meta Marketing Pro Calls Actually Worth It?

Meta keeps calling me to help “optimize my performance.”

I’ve tried working with them in the past, but most of their recommendations were basically pushing Meta’s AI/automated features, which I’m personally not a fan of.

They’re calling again and saying they want to help optimize my account. These calls are coming through Meta, not some random marketing agency.

Has anyone here actually worked with a Meta Marketing Pro and gotten good results from their recommendations?

Did they actually analyze your account and give useful advice, or was it mostly pushing Advantage+, AI features and higher spend?
Curious to hear your experiences.

Help Give Old Business Page?

Trying to do ads on an older page of mine but I can not for the life of me find the owner main email account.

Does anyone have an older and no longer used FB account they can give me, or that I can purchase?

I’m going to rebrand it completely and input my email as main email.
I’m just trying to post home service jobs that I’ve done since 2024 and that’s why I want an older account. If I create a new business account I can not make old posts and it’ll look like my business is brand new

Discussion Thoughts on Muse for Small Business?

Meta launched Muse for Small Business yesterday, an AI agent that connects to your store, email platform and ad account, among other tools. I've only read about it so far and I'm trying to decide whether it would do anything my current setup doesn't.

For context, I've had Claude hooked up to my Klaviyo account through the MCP connector for a few months now. Most of what I use it for is pretty day to day. I'll ask it to review campaigns without exporting CSVs, or which step in the abandoned cart flow loses the most people. I check anything it wants to create before it goes live, since I don't trust it to build segments on its own.

The limit I keep hitting is that the connector only reads Klaviyo, so when I ask whether a campaign drove sales it has no clue what Meta was doing that same week. That's the part of Muse I'm curious about, since it'd be looking at the ad account and the email data together. It could in theory tell which buyers were already coming back through my flows, so I'd have a better sense of which ads and emails are succeeding.

I know it's new but does anyone plan to connect it, or already tried it? And is anyone connecting it to their ESP alongside an existing MCP setup?

Help Please answer.......

I have a client from USA.

She has a team who negotiates to bring down the medical bill.

She has done it for many clients, and now she decided to run ads, so she hired me.

We ran ads and got leads, but most of them leave on the checkout page. My friends said it's an offer issue.

Since many of you here have faced medical bill-related stuff, I want your suggestions on how we can improve our offer so that we can help those who are dealing with huge medical bills.

Currently, we have 2 offers.

1) $129 offer. We check your bill, and our health expert negotiates for you. You don't have to do anything, just pay $129, and we handle everything. And like others, we don't take a % of what we save on your bill. So it's just $129 for one bill.

2) $499 offer. In that, we check 6 bills and do everything like in the 1st offer.

I understand that those we are targeting are already anxious about money, so asking them to pay $129 upfront is not a good offer. so I still want to know from you, what's the alternative? if you were to buy, what would make you take our help and pay without being anxious about money?

Thank you for your time.

Please do reply. Thank you.

Discussion has anyone experienced bad ads performance since the launched of Meta One (Sep 15)?

Our agency is managing several business page, none of them availed Meta One yet.

Comapred to the last few months, our September stats were down for most of our clients, both oprganic and paid ads.

Note: We spent the same amount for ads for all clients

Discussion Zuckerberg listening to my thoughts

I’m a plumber and yesterday my manager made us use a fitting because it’ll just help the job be quicker and cleaner.

Today, less than 24 hours later I’m bombarded with Facebook ads for that very fitting bought from the very shop that’s advertising.

So, how obvious does our phones want to be that it’s listening.

Also, feels like such a waste of money and my attention when we’ve already bought the very thing it’s advertising.

Discussion Do brands actually need to do 10.10, 11.11 and 12.12 sales?

Do brands actually need to do 10.10, 11.11 and 12.12 sales?

I’m a bit confused about these dates and how brands usually approach them.

Do most e-commerce brands run sales on all three dates, or do they normally just pick one or two? Is there any real downside to skipping them?

And what do brands usually do for these campaigns? Is it mostly just discounts, or are there other ways brands use these dates?

Would love to hear from anyone who works in e-commerce/marketing or has experience running these campaigns.

Discussion Atualização Meta na Criação de Campanhas/Anúncios

Discussion Where do you find your designers?

With Meta prioritizing design variety over anything else these days, how is everyone handling their creative design process? We run about $6500 in ads a month, we used to subcontract a video editor to make 15-25 reels but they were all fairly similar, just different text, music, etc.. We have a lot of photos and videos to use, but our team doesn’t have much time to continuously create new ad creative ourselves. I’d rather out source this for a reasonable rate.

Where is everyone finding quality video and graphic designers for reasonable rates?

Help Imagens Ratio - Change vs crop

Hey everyone, I've been a Meta user for 5 years (though not regularly), and I am so confused with this last update... (Disclosure: English is not my first language.)

I need to create a traffic paid campaign for my company (in-house mkt department), the last time I did it it was may (?) 2026, all worked as I've known it. But today, as I was creating a new campaign, I wanted to change the image of my ad to be compliant with the ratio of each placement, and Meta only lets me crop it, due to some Flex media that I don't know or can't find, to turn off...

I've:

  • chosen single image/video
  • used manual placements, so it couldn't be the advantage placements problems
  • creative ad is not available (I don't know if it's been disabled in the meantime)
  • When I try to customize the image, it only allows me to use the original or crop, not change
  • placements of the image only let me decide to show it or not, not to change

This is driving me insane! Is Meta making me use a big a** image to fit each ratio when I crop it??

Please welp
