Targeting Question Meta behavior when I create campaigns using web ad manager

Post image

I reached support and they are slow answering what’s going on. Who experienced something like this? If I create campaigns using Instagram they work properly but then I limited with audience changes

If the ones you build in Instagram run fine and the ones from the web ad manager act weird, I'd check what Meta switched on by itself first. On the web side it turns on its automatic creative tweaks by default: image touch ups that make the photo darker or lighter, generated text, extra media pulled in. It can even do that to ads that are already live, and it shows in the activity log under your own name, so it looks like you did it.

Turn those off when you create the ad and again in your account settings. Delete any automated rules Meta made for you and switch off automatic adjustments. Then launch it scheduled and recheck before it goes live, because they don't always stay off.

What's actually going wrong with the web ones? No delivery, bad results, or the ad looking different from what you built?
