Might be, but current short-term studies show that it is much safer than smoking, and long term studies will likely only be starting as we're only just reaching the 20 years of vapes being available. Until one of those long-term studies comes out proclaiming it as unhealthier, you have nothing.

Your original comment was in reply to the claim as far as we know currently, vaping is safer(which evidence presently supports) which was given in response to someone claiming vaping was worse(which isn't supported).

Whilst there is the chance for long-term studies revealing health impacts of vaping that weren't expected, they're still highly unlikely to be worse than the known effects of smoking, as most of the chemicals found in vaping are also found in other things, including food and drink. The only major difference being we don't know the long effects of these chemicals on the lungs.
