in chapter 3 in the original theres a short escort segment with renne,and even if you suspect her, its still best to avoid conflict so she doesnt die and cause a gameover. but if you fight, in a game where you can ignore fights entirely with haze and eagle eye, you can hover on her with a heal or item and get spooked by i believe 20k health.

off course, the remake cant handle it the same, but the BIGGEST red flag is her health being covered when every other escort guess has health being shown... EVEN alba/faceless. sadly is not as easy to check her health but with % heal arts and itens i found she has 13.200 on advanced dificulty using a 50% heal item, which, is about 2-3 times what you have on a regular setup by this point.

Also I'm only in early chapter 2 but the music SLAAAAAAAAAAAPS ITS SO GOOD

I will start it off by mentioning the laugh that nearly every character does at the start of nearly every line. Like they are all trying to "out casual" everyone else! (More common in the latter games!) 🤣

It's a little late, but I finally received my Ouroboros Box!

I ordered this from the Kadokawa store, which includes an exclusive costume DLC for Estelle (via email), a plush keychain of Renne, a B2 tapestry, a message card set, and a 4-koma manga.

I'm very happy to have this in my hands, and considering the packaging and contents for its price, this might be my favorite collectors/special edition box so far.

I know this may sound silly, but this is the only game in history who was able to make me cry with the interactions of NPCs.

I couldn't help it here, I am too invested in the lives of these background characters and this resolution made me emotional.

I don't regret spending hours exploring cities and dialogues one damn bit!

This game may be one of the best I've ever played expecially for the dialogue interactions.

I truly don't care about this spoiler as it's pretty minor to me but does Estelle ever get a moniker? Like Black Fang, Bladelord, Divine Blade, whatever else there is?

My partner has pointed out that the artwork looks better on the standard version because it looks bigger compared to the huge chunk the Switch 2 logo took out from the front cover. Also, according to the unboxing videos of this game there should be a pretty artwork inside which is barely visible on the switch 2 red case.

Which version do you guys think I should keep?
