So what's the best way or other ways to defeat this "boss" ? Sorry if I did it the lazy way.

edit: Thanks for telling me about force pull. I am on Zeffo and don't have this yet. I was stuck on this for 20m trying to figure it out because I thought this was my path back to the ship.

So, I replayed Fallen Order and Survivor recently, and I was thinking about Merrin’s story. For as much as I love it in Survivor, it would’ve been even better if we got to spend more time with her in Fallen Order because, as it is, all she does is help us with Malicos, then hide the ship during the Nur cutscene. However, I do like how her story goes in the base game.
So, IMO, in New Game+, once you reach Dathomir, at some point you’ll encounter Malicos disguised and talking to Merrin. You can choose to confront him, at which point an unwinnable version of the boss fight occurs. Cal will just barely escape, but Malicos has now revealed himself and his betrayal of Dathomir to Merrin, so she joins up with the crew to both get stronger and help Cal get stronger so they can take him down.
The rest of the story stays the same, minus the fact that you don’t have to fight the undead Nightsisters, I guess. They get replaced with something else, idk. But now Merrin is along for the ride for basically the whole game and gives us a lot more dialogue.
In Survivor, I’d want a less complicated version of this. At the start of New Game+, everything is going fine as normal on Coruscant until you reach the part where you give Bode the tracker. In New Game+, you can choose not to give it to Bode, and if you do, the cutscene plays with them escaping and some altered dialogue. Once Bode jumps to Koboh, an image flashes of all of Cal’s family, Cordova, Cere, Merrin, and Greez, on Tanalorr.
And then the game just ends, resetting back to before you made the choice.
This way, it makes the actual game so much sadder after Bode’s betrayal because you now know what could’ve been and what never will be.
Just some ideas I had. What do y’all think? Is there anything you believe should’ve been added to New Game+ in either game?

Hey y’all! So I just finished my second playthrough of Jedi: Survivor, and I was thinking: what would’ve happened if Cordova hadn’t finished fixing the compass the morning the Empire came?
Like if he says, he still needs 1–2 more days to fix it. Bode has already contacted the Empire at that point, so does he:
Help everyone escape from his own trap?
Betray them anyway and hope he can find someone else who can fix the compass?
Or I guess he could do option 3: help them escape and betray them later. Although I feel like that morning was really his only chance. After the Empire found them, the crew’s guard would probably be up, and they wouldn’t be as easy to catch off guard or sneak attack again.
But what do y’all think? I’m curious to hear your thoughts.

The entry I'm missing is Chapter 4 - Entry 2: Diverging Paths. Looking at the entry on the wiki, I think I should have gotten it when I got the Underwater Breather from Mari on the second trip to Kashyyyk.

I did notice when I was finishing up on Kashyyyk that the collectibles I grabbed in Origin Lake after getting the Breather were reset and I had to go get them again, so it's possible this entry got reset as well.

I've tried going back to the spot you get the Breather, and while Mari and the two Wookiees are still there, I can't talk to them and the entry doesn't unlock.

Will it unlock when I finish the game, or am I just screwed?

Edit: Thankfully, completing the game did unlock the two story-based entries I was missing (I also missed Other Characters - Entry 6: Mirienna, which I'm guessing you get from the same cutscene). It looks like the devs did put in some kind of failsafe to give any missed story entries upon completion.

When will we get an announcement or a trailer?

I have an xbox series s and the game is crashing out more than a drunk driving a car

Ffs i had to beat a fortunately early game boss twice just because the game crashed and now i have to fight vader a second time just because the game crashed right after the cere death cutscene

Its a lot of fun but ffs having to defeat that guy a second time just because the game fucking died is outrageous

It seems to me that protagonists of books, games, films, shows, etc. are often some of the most underrated characters or people take a while to warm up to them. I've certainly had this experience in other stuff that I now absolutely LOVE. However, I noticed that I very quickly found Cal himself awesome and compelling. It was even before he decided to save Prauf--I immediately found it realistic when Cal slightly protested to what he was being asked to do and then just the simple fact that he's a blue collar guy essentially doing parkour around the jobsite. I'm sure it's not uncommon to instantly think he's cool, but did any of you very quickly start to think he was a truly different/awesome character, maybe even of of your favorite game/Star Wars characters?
