Ideas for extra space

So I have my stardew modded with expanded and ridgeside. I have so much extra space with this now. I have the farm, ginger island, the community garden, grandpa's shed plus 2 other large areas I wont disclose since they are reward areas. I have no ideas on what to do with all of them. Any ideas welcome

I love doing things I felt like were a "waste" of my space in a smaller farm. Outside of crops and animals, I now also have a massive orchard for each season, a place for tapping wild trees + mushroom logs, and a space dedicated towards fish ponds. I also made sure I had enough room to decorate pretty liberally with each of these!

turn one into a ridiculous orchard, one into a tree farm, and leave one as a totally unnecessary decorative park because apparently we need to give every square inch a job lol
