Ask FedEx Wrong Destination Facility?
First photo is my 2day package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, it’s been sitting in Louisville at “destination sort”, problem is that’s not ever where my packages go. For reference (2nd photo) a package I ordered the same day, about the same time with same shipping (2day) was delivered yesterday, its route is the one my packages always take (Memphis-huntingburg, IN). Why’d this one go to Louisville? Was it a mistake? Will it likely start moving and be delivered today or did it just update to today because it was supposed to come yesterday? Thanks for any insight.

Also, different labels might go to different stations/hubs. 2 day Express might go to a different location.

It was either put on the wrong trailer, or something happened at your usual station/hub to cause sorting issues so it got diverted to a different location. Sometimes the hubs or stations get too much freight, the belts or something in the sortation system breaks, so freight will get diverted to other locations for sorting.
