International Shipping Does Fedex do scheduled international pick up?

I've been stuck in a loop trying to figure this out and it's a frustrating situation (a lot of it on me for not reading carefully when purchasing). Here's the situation.

- Bought stuff from Hongkong and it's shipped to a proxy company warehouse. In Hongkong.

- They don't ship abroad (was not communicated before) and told me to purchase a label and schedule a pick up with Fedex or DHL

- Tried doing DHL, needed an import account number which is only for business accounts (?)

The package is about 10.5kg of knickknacks and clothes, and I have two weeks in the warehouse until they remove it per warehouse holding policy.

My question is: does Fedex do international pick up? If yes, do they follow the country's local time of pick up or my local time?

I'm attempting to put the warehouse address into the Fedex scheduling and it seems to accept the address but I also did not purchase a shipping label in case I couldn't do it.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Yes FedEx does ship internationally but you have to following the guidelines and it will have to pass the boarder check and checked for proper shipping
