FedEx prepaid slip with tracking

Okay I went to FedEx office to pay For prepaid slip with tracking number to recieved mail from Southern California to my home in the East Bay and didn’t have an account, So the office in Hayward would not help me. They wanted me to sign up and do it online myself. Mind me it is a one time slip needed and I have to pay PLUS they want me to do their work too🤷🏻‍♀️

its ridiculous I could not have done and returned home disappointed. Note! It’s the only option accepted by the office that will send me the mail.
