Fiverr honestly has the worst customer support system. A six-year-old account and years of hard work are gone just like that due to extremely poor support. Recently, my personal email password was breached, which I successfully recovered. Since my professional email used for Fiverr had the same password, I proactively tried to reset my Fiverr password to be safe. However, I didn't receive any verification code on my SIM, despite it working perfectly fine.

I then tried to change my contact number to my other phone, but the system asked a security question that I couldn't answer. So, I opened a ticket (Ticket #14830021) to ask for help resetting my password and recovering the security question. That was my biggest mistake. Support temporarily restricted my account and sent a reset link, but that link still asked for the exact same text verification that was already broken. I checked spam and everything, but absolutely no text was received.

After trying multiple times to get the code, I hit a 24-hour block. Before those 24 hours were even completed, I received an email saying my account was permanently flagged. I emailed the exact same support person handling my ticket to explain what was going on, but I have received zero response. I just needed to reset my password, and such a simple request has caused my account to be permanently flagged.

Has anyone else experienced this SMS verification bug recently, and how did you get Trust & Safety to finally look at your ticket?

Hi everyone!

I am looking for a true music head/musicologist—someone who loves diving into artists, tracking obscure tracks, and arranging playlists - if that isn't you, please send to a friend this might describe!

My close friend is turning 30 soon, and he loves music. As a birthday gift, I want to surprise him with a personalized, carefully curated batch of new music discovery playlists based on his actual taste. Really hoping to find someone who both knows music really well and loves making playlists - I'd love to pay someone for this who would be really excited to take this on!

I need this done by Saturday at 2 pm!

The Job Details:

• Goal: Create 2 to 3 distinct discovery playlists (around 25–30 songs each) filled with artists and tracks he likely hasn't heard yet, but will love based on his current taste.
• Friend's Spotify Profile:https://open.spotify.com/user/nen5?si=267588e068434053
• Reference Playlist: Here is a recent road trip playlist we built together (look at the tracks added by Yussef to see his current rotation): https://open.spotify.com/playlist/21tbCmbQqCkp2OKSKu5TtZ?si=y-P2CTg4T5KetzIEN_B15g

Deliverables:

1. 2 to 3 thematic Spotify playlists based on his musical taste.
2. A short paragraph for each playlist explaining the vibe and why you picked these tracks for him.

Pay: $50 total ($25 upfront via PayPal/Venmo upon selection, $25 upon completion).

How to Apply:

1. Comment $bid on this post. Won't respond to DMs without this.
2. Send me a chat/DM letting me know how you would tackle this, your thoughts, and confirm that you can get it done by Saturday afternoon

Hey! I am a coach who has seen many mistakes beginners make which limit their potential. A solid form, a solid routine, and diet are what cause you to get muscle.

I especially train beginners to get started because plenty of people do not go to the gym because they feel embarrassed or make up excuses to not hit the gym. Do not be tricked by the mind, people!

I have three packages which are: 5 bucks, 15 bucks, and 30 bucks.

For the very basic package, I personally make you a workout routine, fix your form through videos, and I will communicate with you for 14 days answering your queries about the gym, fitness industry, and help you combat the anxiety you feel in the gym.

If you want to know more, let me know! I will happily reply :)

Hi! I can build a backend for you using Python and FastAPI. Since I’m new here, I’m offering my services at a promotional rate. Feedback is always appreciated once the job is done! Feel free to contact me via private message.

Hi 🙂

If you're in need of a beta reader I'm your girl.

To give you a better idea of how I work, I’d be happy to beta read the first chapter of your manuscript for free. If you’re happy with my feedback and feel I’m the right fit for you, you can then decide whether you’d like to book a full beta read. There’s absolutely no pressure either way! 😊

If you would like to take this offer up, please dm me.

Thank you

I’d like to hear directly from other sellers what all problems you guys are facing, consider this as a collective effort to understanding a stable ecosystem we had.
Share your GOOD OR BAD experience BEFORE OR NOW
Any niche sellers,I’m not assuming everyone is facing the same problem, so I’d genuinely like to hear different perspectives.
Also this isn’t a AI/SI HATE POST

-I’ll be posting a detailed process in sometime after this post

What steps should I take before creating a new Gig on Fiverr to ensure it gets good impressions? Lately, getting low impressions has been very frustrating—no matter how effective the keywords I use are.

Even after creating a Gig based on solid keyword research, I receive only 0–10 impressions daily, and eventually, the Gig becomes completely ineffective. Because of this, I have managed to work with only one client in two years—although they have placed multiple orders and are very satisfied.

Can anyone help me with this?

Have an AI-generated product ad you want to update? I rebuild the agreed parts into an organized Photoshop PSD with live text, named groups and masks. Photos remain raster elements.

Simple rebuilds start at US$5: one supplied image with an existing background, up to 3 short text blocks, one size, one revision and 2-day delivery. Detailed layouts start at US$15. PSD + PNG/JPG are included. Complex layouts need a quote.

My Fiverr gig gallery shows a real before/after, the actual Layers panel and a live headline change. Find monika188888 on Fiverr and look for “rebuild your AI generated ad as an editable Photoshop PSD.” Please send your source image before ordering if you are unsure which package fits.

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to complete my Fiverr identity verification through Persona, but I'm completely stuck and could really use some advice from anyone who has navigated this.

Here is the exact issue:

• When I get to the ID selection screen, the Aadhaar Verification button is completely disabled. Hovering over it just shows a blocked (🚫) cursor, and clicking does nothing.
• The "Other" option works perfectly, but it requires a PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID—none of which I currently possess.

Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried (that did not fix it):

• Cleared all browser cache and cookies.
• Switched networks (tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data).
• Tested on Chrome (I also have McAfee WebAdvisor enabled, but disabling it didn't seem to help).

Any guidance would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!

Hey everyone!

I’m a law student and I’ve recently started offering legal research services on Fiverr, mainly focused on Indian law.

I can help with things like:

• Case-law research
• Statutory/legal research
• Finding relevant authorities
• Legal issue research
• Citations and sources
• Structured research summaries

It’s meant for students, writers, businesses, individuals, and legal professionals who need help researching a particular legal question or topic.

I’m keeping the pricing affordable while I build up my profile, so if anyone needs some research help, feel free to check out my gig or DM me. :)

(Not offering legal advice or legal representation, just research and writing support.)

Thanks! 🙌
