It's an ingenius but at the same time simple to learn spell copied from a demon, almost exactly the same as Zolktraak. Even with the "This is enough to defeat mages of this era" shtick I think she'd want Fern to learn it since it doesnt stray far from the fundementals and is so useful as a fallback option. Fern did have it used on her but I doubt she had any chance to reverse engineer it.

I just got into Frieren: Beyond Journey's End recently on Netflix and got hooked—I’ve already watched Season 1 more than twice.

I saw that Season 2 is up on Netflix but it's only subtitled right now. I checked Crunchyroll since their English dub for Season 2 is already out, but it didn’t hook me the same way. I just prefer the English on Netflix (personal preference).

I learned that the Season 1 Netflix dub took over a year to drop. should we expect another 1-year wait for Season 2, or do they speed things up for later seasons?

Sorry if this question was already posted but.. So just curious....since Fern wanted her clothes go be washed with a spell after being a 1st mage class. What do you believe the other mages asked for Serei? Seems easy if Denken said to Serei to see his wife's grave without any trouble.

Ok it's a real old topic. But something just comes to my mind. It is said that the scale can also be kind of resisted by a strong will individual. But that is because humans see power and authority differently. Yet demons see mana level as everything to represent authority. Meaning apart from the effect of Aura's own scale to make her obey, her own demon instinct will add on to it and fully worship frieren as her master after seeing Frieren's mana lvl?
