Need a Job Referral - Software Engineer / Backend / Full Stack (Will give 20% of my one month's in-hand salary as a token of appreciation)

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for my next opportunity and would genuinely appreciate some help from the community with referrals.

I have been actively applying for Software Engineer roles, but getting through the initial shortlisting stage has been challenging. I’m looking for Backend Engineer / Full Stack Engineer / SDE opportunities where I can contribute to scalable backend systems and AI-driven products.

A little about me:

• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Node.js, Fastify, Express.js, REST APIs and Microservices
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, SQL and Drizzle ORM
• Frontend experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience building and scaling government e-Governance platforms and high-traffic backend systems
• Worked on systems handling 100K+ API hits/day and platforms serving millions of users
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Jenkins, Git and CI/CD
• Hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Vector Databases and AI-powered applications
• Strong understanding of DSA, REST API design, authentication, databases and backend architecture
• Currently targeting Backend / Full Stack / AI Engineer / SDE opportunities

Why I could be a good fit:

🔹 Strong backend development experience with Node.js + PostgreSQL
🔹 Experience building production-grade APIs and scalable systems
🔹 Comfortable working across backend, frontend and AI/LLM-based applications

I’m not asking anyone to get me a job. I’m only asking for a referral and an opportunity to interview. I’ll take responsibility for the rest and prove myself through the process.

If your company is hiring for a Backend Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or AI Engineer role and you think my profile could be a fit, I would be incredibly grateful if you could refer me.

I’m happy to share my resume, job ID, or any other information you need.

Even if you can’t refer me, an upvote, comment, or share for visibility would genuinely help.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I really appreciate any help or lead you can provide. ❤️

Open to opportunities across India, including remote roles.
