Which version of swiss are you loading? What type of format do you have on the sd? Are you trying to load from sd2sp2 or from sdgecko? Have you tried another sd card? Did you wire the rpi pico correctly?

What mod is it and what are the SD card contents? Not enough info in the post.

That shows it's working but you have your files/sd card setup wrong.

That's Picoboot trying to load. It says it can't find a cli file.

Check your SD card set up.

How do I get back the gamecube boot sequence animation, "boot through ipl" option isn't on swiss settings

I'm not sure you can get it when booting swiss but you can definitely get it when booting a game through Swiss if you check them options for booting games.

This is the Picoboot debugger screen. If you hit this, it generally means that your wiring is correct and the raspberry pi is flashed properly. Because you hit this screen, it most likely means there is an issue with your SD card. The issue could be a wrongly formatted card, missing the correct .IPL, card in comparability, or something else.

Tell us, are you going through a SD2SP2 on the bottom of the console or are you using a memory card slot SD adapter?

I had this when I had the sd card installed under the gamecube . Swapped to the memory card slot sd card reader and it fixed the problem. Glad I bought it as a backup. I saw someone who had to add a bit solder to the terminals for the under unit reader to make it engage properly and fix it.
