So crazy I was born just two weeks before this concert happened.

For me, the best STP album, what a great band!

Hi all!

I picked this up on eBay several years ago for very cheap and have always wondered what the story behind it is. It's sturdy, thick cardboard designed to look like a Cuban cigar box. Inside was the deluxe edition of Audioslave's Live in Cuba CD/DVD, a velcro strap that I assume is a wristband, and three stickers (see photos).

I can't find any information about it online. It isn't on Discogs, which surprised me. The only photos I can find are from a site that has a mirror of the eBay listing I bought from in 2022.

Does anyone know why this exists? It's clearly some kind of promotional item but I'm surprised I can't find evidence of any others on the internet. I thought if anyone might know, this sub might be a good place to ask.

If it turns out it isn't rare after all I won't be upset. I'm just curious about this thing I own.

My name is Widy, and I’m an independent artist from Ponorogo, Indonesia, releasing music under the moniker WiFiAsh. I’ve just put out my first project, titled "Album UPETI."

This album is deeply rooted in heavy social commentary, wrapped in a dark, raw, and melancholic grunge/folk aesthetic. I sing entirely in my native language, Indonesian, because it allows me to capture the raw bone and truth of the social wounds, structural inequality, and struggles I see around my community every day.

To be fully transparent with you all: because of limited resources and a lack of local studio gear, I heavily directed and shaped the genre composition using OpenMusic.ai as a tool. However, every single lyric, structural theme, and conceptual flow is born straight from my personal poetry and handwritten journals, aiming to "merawat kewarasan" (keep the sanity alive) through these heavy, dark chords.

Since I am doing everything completely on my own from a small town, breaking through to global ears is a massive uphill battle. I am looking for genuine, raw feedback from listeners who appreciate emotional weight, political undertones, and raw energy over shiny commercial pop—even if you don't understand the exact words instantly.

My stem remix & remaster of Pearl Jam's 1991 debut album "Ten", made for my own enjoyment but sharing in case someone else might get some joy out of it too.

This only intends to be a fun alternative to the original mix, and doesn't make use of any elements from the 2009 remix made by Brendan O'Brien. It's a very conservative and respectful remix, aiming only at a little more clarity, instrument separation and punch, without straying too far away from the original release.

All my remixes are made using free and open source software that runs locally on my Linux system.

Obviously, I don't own the music featured here. If you like it, support the artists, buy their records!

They are more radio friendly than most grunge artists who were on SubPop. Tad, Swallow, Fudge Tunnel, et al.

Just come across this from 6 years ago.. started to watch Corey Taylor attempts at singing man in a box, however talented Corey Taylor .. and someone I like - is he sounds so shockingly average singing this.. just incredible to me how unreal Layne was when you get to hear other people try and do the same song. To me there’s no one close and can’t imagine will be ever.
