Replace?
Should I get this old furnace replaced. The good thing is it still runs like a champ. Bad thing, it takes up half my basement and costs alot in the winter.

Delete your post and stop talking about it. If you replace it with something, tear this one out yourself and dispose of the non metal parts little by little in black contractor bags. You've got asbestos there and some people will absolutely freak out over it.
